You’ll experience simple musical tools that shift mood\, release creativity\, and foster connection—from breathing with Bach to groove-based activities and shared listening moments. \nYou’ll hear behind-the-scenes stories from the book\, discover how music engages the brain and nervous system\, and feel the power of music in real time—no music background required. \nThe event will also feature special guest Nora Fox—as seen on Broadway and at Carnegie Hall—whose extraordinary voice and versatility span opera\, jazz\, and contemporary song.
