DESCRIPTION:In this second concert in the Harmonious Steps series\, we will explore gratitude\, listening\, and connection. Through rhythm\, melody\, movement\, and reflection\, we will notice what we’re thankful for and how music can help us express appreciation.  \nThis project is made possible in part with funds from Creative Engagement and UMEZ Arts Engagement a regrant program(s) supported by the funding agencies The New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature and Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone Development Corporation (UMEZ)\, and administered by LMCC. \nWhile the concert is free\, an RSVP is requested. \nExtend the Experience with Maker Space! \nJoin JCC Harlem at 9:30 AM for a themed Maker Space experience inspired by the day’s musical program. Families are invited to explore hands-on\, open-ended art and creativity activities that connect with the music you’ll hear during the performance. It’s the perfect way to play\, create\, and immerse yourself in the theme before the concert begins. \nPlease note: Maker Space registration is separate from concert registration and is managed by JCC Harlem here.
